LATE ARRIVALS, MISSED AND CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS ONLINE OR BY PHONE CALL.
We understand that sometimes last minute conflicts happen, and we don’t mean to be punitive, but we need to be fair. Please do your best to give us 24 hours’ notice if you need to change your appointment with us, if booked the day of you need to provide 5 hours before appointment. If 24 hours’/5hours’ advance notice is not provided, we reserve the right to charge you up to 100% of the service you had scheduled. This applies to missed (No-Show) appointments as well. We will do our best to get another person to take your slot so that we can avoid charging you. If we find that you develop a pattern that abuses our scheduling policy, our time, or others’ time, we may ask that you find another provider.
GIFT CARD POLICY.
All gift cards are non-refundable. All gift cards will expire exactly one year after the date of purchase. All gift cards are redeemable for any services available at 1890 Men's Grooming Parlour. BEFORE purchasing a gift card, please make sure the person you are buying the gift card for will be able to use it within the timeframe before the expiration date.
This policy deliberately allows us to exercise discretion, because we like our clients, we don’t like making rules. Please don’t become an issue for us!
